Made a juice with 2 handfuls of kale and spinach; 2 carrots 2 celery sticks and 1 apple. A bit bitter but not sure if that's because I just brushed my teeth.
About 2 hours later had 1 banana; and 1/2 cup raw cashews and 10 grapes. I feel like I'm eating less but more if that makes sense. I removed the scale because it was making me a tad bit sad. I have now just taken in account the way my clothes fit me. It's a nice smile to fit something that was tight the last time you attempted to wear it.
My next snack is 1/2 cup of homemade green beans and 1/4 cup of spinach.
For lunch I'm having some homemade 1 cup turkey chili; 1/4 cup white rice (no brown in the house) 1/tbsp of cheese and sour cream.
Nothing but water except for the juice in the morning.
