Started juicing and it's going so-so...started insanity again and i'm really tired after working out in the morning. I think I may need to take in more protein.

Made a juice with 2 handfuls of kale and spinach; 2 carrots 2 celery sticks and 1 apple. A bit bitter but not sure if that's because I just brushed my teeth.
About 2 hours later had 1 banana; and 1/2 cup raw cashews and 10 grapes. I feel like I'm eating less but more if that makes sense. I removed the scale because it was making me a tad bit sad. I have now just taken in account the way my clothes fit me. It's a nice smile to fit something that was tight the last time you attempted to wear it.
My next snack is 1/2 cup of homemade green beans and 1/4 cup of spinach.
For lunch I'm having some homemade 1 cup turkey chili; 1/4 cup white rice (no brown in the house) 1/tbsp of cheese and sour cream.
Nothing but water except for the juice in the morning.

New to this site thanks to bella691967...She looks amazing and if I can be anywhere near where she is it's time for a change....SO yesterday I join Myfitnesspal and it's nice; but any additional help I can get is great.
Today is my first day back to work since my knee (acl and Mencius repair) surgery. I'm great but I knee keeps locking up on me and makes working out a little more challenging. I have been doing PT and it's going well; new exercises are a challenge until I get use to the new adjustment.
Besides the workout challenge; I also have a sweet tooth and love for alcohol. The two things I'm certain that have been keeping my belly that hasn't had a baby inside; nice and round. I'm on a mission before my 35th birthday to be bikini ready and so I can hit the beach. I know I can only take it one day at a time; so here is day two.
