so weight has gone on but have still lost 2.5lb in total since since starting. it hasn't helped that my scales went all skewiff and that I've not been as careful as I could have been food wise. I'm now back on it and focussed
184.5 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
