I have been on weight watchers for 9 weeks and my weight is up and down by 2 pounds.Reason: not really serious.....but I have found out that by tracking my meals and nibbles the reasons why I gain and why I lose. Now lets see what happens the next 9 weeks. The water challenges are helping I just need to get motivated to walk and exercise.Not sleeping well... too much stress!!
258.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 98.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
