this was the first week at weight watchers that I lost 2 weeks in a row,hurray. I'm having problems with my challenges can get 8 cups of H2O in but 10 is hardand the walking is not easy but i'm going to try harder. i've got to continue watch portion control.It is definately fall here i feel like a bear i want to eat comfort food and hibrinate.Didnot do my tracker at all last week. that was not good.

I have been on weight watchers for 9 weeks and my weight is up and down by 2 pounds.Reason: not really serious.....but I have found out that by tracking my meals and nibbles the reasons why I gain and why I lose. Now lets see what happens the next 9 weeks. The water challenges are helping I just need to get motivated to walk and exercise.Not sleeping well... too much stress!!

So far i am in my 8th week of weight watchers and my weight is lose 3 gain 2 lose 1; back and forth up and down. I have discovered that iam a emotional eater. Seems like the more stress the more i make the wrong choices and the wrong portions. I am not a very active person, my knees are not good, so alot of walking really hurts. Walking is a free activity but swimming is my exercise of choice. When i get really stressed I just want to quit.
