2nd day hcg diet; 600 mg calcium with 400 IU vite D, Spring Valley Super B-complex, & 550 mg potassium gluconate supplements every morning plus 7-10 drops HCG Platinum 3 x's day at meal times
182.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
