I didn't lose any weight this week, but I also didn't gain. This is telling me I need to really stick to the plan and make sure I'm walking every day. I am not going to let this get me down! This just makes me want to work harder.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
