These past few days have been going well. I have been trying to drink plenty of icing water, taking my
water bottle with me, and have been making sure to enjoy everything I eat...chewing each mouthful twenty five times and savouring the smell and flavour of the food. Perhaps this patient and thoughtful approach to what I am eating has contributed to my sense of wellbeing.
