I've been on vacation and we all know how vacation gives license to bend the rules, wink-wink. I knew I'd spend and eat more than my share and just accepted it as such. Even so, I didn't go terribly overboard as far as portion sizes; just didn't nit-pick the caloric content of the menu. I also did a goodly amount of physical stuff, working on Joel's house and a little in my own garden. Throughout, I've maintained at 164.

So now it's time to get "back in the saddle" with this thing. Somewhere along the line I twisted an ankle, but as soon as that's strong enough to take off the Ace bandage, I'll get back up on the elliptical...or walk in this delightful, breezy weather we're enjoying!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi Mimi, I am happy you had a nice break and sorry to hear about your twisted ankle, Ouchy! Yep, this process is practice and maintaining is your result for living life to enjoy but tweeking it a bit to maintain! Vacations are hard for me as I usually put on at least 3 to 5 so you are to be applauded! TOWANDA!!!!
