Had to go up 1 notch on my work belt! Been eating quite well. Only 'cheats' were whole wheat pancakes with low cal syrup on Sun and 'skinnylicious' Cheesecake Factory dinner with wife and lo-cal cheesecake for birthday celebration. Sticking with morning 1/2 cup oatmeals, no cal flavoring and 'healthy' soup, yogurt and veggies for lunch.
