I had a very busy week with little sleep and lots of stress and didn’t track calories Friday and Saturday but tried to make healthy choices, and ended up fasting and then binging on fairly smart choices. Followed by several glasses of wine. Happy I didn’t indulge in the quick fast food that I was really craving as I got more tired with less willpower
