Woo hoo!! 13 down in 2 weeks. Hope I can keep this up. More fiber, more exercise. If I only felt like I had lost that much. To find some tight clothes I can now get into. Hmmmm......
191.0 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
