still the same. did a 3mile run lastnight which was great. not well today, have an absess in my mouth so sitting in the drop in centre atm sipping water and settling down for a 3hour wait! need to get sorted so i can do my assesement run later and get back into my workout schedule. i dont have time to be poorly, with work, little boy, a home and trying to get healthy and fit! poorlyness doesnt fit in! wish me luck x

Good Luck :). I am with you on that, I don't do poorly & if i hits me, I don't do it very well. Hope they can sort your ulcer & your run goes well!

Thanx for the good luck wishes, they worked as i got sent to my dentist who sorted me out on 5 mins, so the 3 hour 20min wait in the drop in centre was a complete waste! I went for a quick 15 min interval run while waiting for my antibiotics from the pharmacy and I must admit it was hard when i didnt feel 100%, but i did it and now i have tablets which i can not under any circumstances drink on so a t-total weekend for me and hopefully some weight shifted? Run tomorrow night with my group, wedding doo (sober) friday, boot camp on saturday morning!! will sweat this infection out for sure!! and support helps so thank you again xx
