Because of having a little more structure to my weekends, I'm back to inching my way down. I've actually dropped lower than this at times, but I haven't stayed there consistently, so I'm reporting only the reduction that I believe I will sustain.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.3 lb a week
