Boy, I haven't worked out regularly since 2011... I feel so bad for letting myself slack off on my working out and weight loss. I have gained about 20 pounds or so between last year and this year. :\ But a very good friend of mine at college has inspired me to go working out again, so that is what I plan on doing! Hopefully I will go about five days a week. I love working out so much and I feel so wonderful afterwards. :D
