181.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just some notes: I may need to increase my protein more? Finding out your best macros is definitely trial and error. P:190-221 C:244-285 F:48-56 at about 2800 calories to maintain... I need to adjust for 2100-2300 calories and I think/thought my fats are good. Some calculators have my fat uptake up to 70g...needs more experimentation as this would be 70gF/~190gP/~200gC on 2200 cal to lose that suggested 1lb/week which is above what I hit this week, but my calorie intake seems to be where it needed to be since I lost .5-1lb. Until next week...
