Hi everyone
Just wanted to share with everyone how excited i am that i already lost 2.5 pounds this week.
I only started walking on Monday and only walked 3 days but cut out all my junk and portioned correctly.
yeah
keep it comin.....
172.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
