I am eating 1500 calories a day but with low carbs I am having trouble keeping the fat below 85 g. It"s hard enough to figure out what to eat and having the added challenge of balancing carbs, protein, and fat, I am a bit overwhelmed. Water intake is increased to 8 cups.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wow you go girl. great job on loss of 8 lbs in only 8 days. Just keep tracking what you are eating and you will find what works to keep your ratios in line. Also yay on the water, I find that the easiest part if this new healthy way of eating lol. Keep it up. you are doing great. :-) Kathy

Thanks. I think I made some drastic changes and couldn't help but to lose. I lost 5 more this last week . I submitted a cauliflower dish that is real good, maybe you would like to try it. I find drinking the extra water really helps. Thanks Kathy.
