I'm so fucking excited to be below 220 again. I forgot to pack a salad for lunch yesterday so I got the cobb salad at the local greek restaurant. I'd rather have my own,because I add broccoli and cucumbers, and use mixed spring greens instead of iceberg lettuce. I hit thr gym and did 40 minutes on the elliptical but skipped lifting. I ate a handful of pumpkin seeds after dinner. I'm down 13 lbs since I restarted my diet.
