I have had a terrible two weeks...I am mad at myself, but am on the way to eatingbetter again. I've been very sick and so I guess my old havits of trying to make myself feel better by eating have sprung back, but I am not going to let this stop me from eating right and exercising again. I am glad that daylight savings time began this week because it is so much lighter out after work that it gives me more energy to want to walk. There has been a lot going on behind the scenes with both our parents, and this weekend we are asking my parents to move in with us...I know this will be stressful, but I am trying to show myself that exercising and eating right helps me out so much more than eating and drinking too much. Next week I hope to be in the 240's again - two months until my birthday and it's entirely possible to be in the 220's by then...
252.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.5 lb a week
