Slow but steady wins the race. Down 2.5 pounds after two days. It's amazing how just putting down what you eat makes you so much more conscious of your choices! Eating healthy is great but over eating healthy food can be just as bad if you are taking in too many calories for your body to burn off.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
