It's been a good week, following my plan. It's been a sad week, with a good friend in ICU and her life prolonged probably too long, and with a memorial service yesterday for another friend who was such a talented, down-to-earth, unpretentious good man who died too soon.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
