sticking to lean meat, veggies, and fruit, soy milk. Blood sugar is down with scores like 96, yesterday, 128 today, etc. blood pressure ws 136/60 yesterday. Didn't take it today.But that is a good reduction from Wednesday when it was high. Ear ache and head ache have eased off. Sleep is about 6.5 or 7 hours. eating bread has put my blood sugar at 180 after breakfast and 170 after lunch. No more bread! (even if it is high fiber gluten free Krogers seven grain bread.
