sticking to lean meat, veggies, and fruit, soy milk. Blood sugar is down with scores like 96, yesterday, 128 today, etc.
blood pressure ws 136/60 yesterday. Didn't take it today.But that is a good reduction from Wednesday when it was high. Ear ache and head ache have eased off. Sleep is about 6.5 or 7 hours.
eating bread has put my blood sugar at 180 after breakfast and 170 after lunch. No more bread! (even if it is high fiber gluten free Krogers seven grain bread.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
