I’m playing with the same 3-4 pounds of water. Woke up super thirsty so I think I’m dehydrated again. Will drink a bottle of water with my morning meds.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
