Went from 1-2 at 105 on the bench to 4-5! I’m starting to think perhaps I need those 2400-2700 kcal days before workout days. But I hate the pudgy middle. Love the strength and energy it gives me!

I also didn’t log all the raspberry limeades I had. Homemade and I just lightly squeezed the lime and smashed some berries in a Sprite Zero. Can’t have added too many calories for half a lime and 4 berries right? I didn’t use all the lime juice or eat the berries.
