well once again this week has been a fail so far? by next tuesday/wednesday ill have lost the 7lbs im hoping??? iv been to the gym mon tue and was going to miss today/night but i have the bug and dont want to slack. i have done so well with getting into the work out program without it impacting too much on my family life but all that hard work is making me famished! now i have the gym bug under way i need to focus on the diet and change to eat fuel foods that will keep me going but born off so i dont gain weight! its so hard, want to be to at least 73kg next week!! any hints would be very much appreciated xx
