I know, bad boy me. No alcohol yesterday. I managed my food intake and still dropped weight.
Keto works if I know which vegetables are good for keto and make sure I get enough. That translates to small breakfast, big salad every lunch, meat and vegetables for dinner. Manage portions, don't stuff myself.
