Did good this week on food except for the crackers last night with cheese. Had less options end of the week and didn't feel like going out to dinner or grocery shopping. Nice seeing a drop again. I'd been up/down from the other day with higher food intake and wings (salt). They did their job and kept me from eating everything not nailed down, so I'm not mad at it.
My friends come back today from their cruise (I'm house-sitting) so hangout and then trivia with more friends tonight. Tomorrow lunch with my mom for her birthday at a new place out at the beach. Already scoped the menu so I have an idea of what to get and stay on track.
Down about 6 in 2 weeks, hoping for another drop tomorrow to round it out. Onward, ho...
