First week of intermittent fasting (16/8). Got into Jean's I could just 3 wks ago. Had weigh in with Timmy. Fasted today for 20 hours today.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
