January 9, 2020 Having some difficulty with digestive issues, milk allergy (diarrhea), and wheat allergy (sore muscles and joints and temporary water retentionweight gain) and I think just plain high fat content reaction too. I wind up eating too much starch to control what seems like nausea, and possibly high acid. All result of intemperate eating, I think. But I am noticing that a supper with a good portion of lean protein and high fiber veggies seems to help overnight blood sugar.
Also, as much as I hate the result of the Pure Protein bar's high milk content, I should carry a couple of bars for times when family demands make it impossible to eat a high protein, low fat and low carb meal. (AlsoI need to also carry lactaid tablets.)
Also, as another issue; Some dizziness at night right after taking meds. I will look into that. I think it's from taking more glypizide when I am worried that I over-ate.)
By recording meals that result in better blood sugar and a happy tummy, I might get a catalog of good ways to eat.
Surprisingly a high starch and fat supper with after meal score of 301 turned out okay this morning. . I don't know how that resulted in a morning score of 128. I did take about 1.4 glypizide last night, and was dizzy for about 45 minutes. If I eat right, half a glypizide does it. periodic sieges of diarrhea seem to be related to milk allergy, about once every two weeks. I am taking lactaid pills.
