Well I kept up with the 'biggest loser' class better than I thought I would this time. Did well with eating 1/2 small greek salad..could've done without the dressing..happy overall
224.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
