So I fell of the wagon but I’m not defeated, I need to get back to where I want myself to be body wise. I gained back all the weight that I had lost but hey all is not lost. Discipline will play a big part in me achieving my goal.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi sisi, I see that you do train. Check out a YouTube channel called Sydney Cummings - she posts workouts Every Day, and its FREE! You can do her workouts at home or at the gym. Believe me when I say, you Will become stronger and fitter with her. Best part is you don’t have to plan or workout a training schedule, you just follow her because she covers the entire body. Give her a try, I swear you won’t regret it. And you’ll be back to your ideal weight in no time! I quit Virgin Active and now train at home with her, and people now think I’m at least 10 years younger than I am because of how strong and fit I’ve become training with Sydney. Good luck 🙌🏾
