Well, I finished the 7 day detox. My tummy sure got a workout! I could tell that, even though with the powders I had to take which upped my carbs a bit more than I was used to, that I was in ketosis. My whole body really seemed to be eliminating "stuff" which must be a positive sign it works and is still working. The scale was showing I had gone back up to 203 before this week so I never input it, thinking it must just be water or stomach contents or something. Now the scale shows down one to 197 which was what I hoped would happen. Now I just need my system to pick up as normal as I ease back into eating my normal diet.
