Going strong!
I was going to take a break for my kids BDay but I'm not sure yet..
It's been a week since I "ate" in the traditional way and I'm doing great so I think I wont mess with it..
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
