POST HOLIDAY WEIGH-IN
When I first stepped on the scale I was super sad. For like a minute. I don't regret spending time with my family making and eating cookies, drinking cocoa, having Christmas dinner. I don't regret spending NYE with good friends, drinking wine well into the night/morning... I kinda regret the hangover. 😛 But in all seriousness, this is a blip, and I know I'll be back on the downward trend in no time.
217.8 lb Lost so far: 82.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
