Aaaaand I'm back to where I was. New Year's Eve indulgences didn't stick around, which is good. I was over my calorie goal yesterday, hitting 1300 instead of 1100. Ah well, still lost 1/2 lb so no real harm done. Will focus on the plan, I get paid tomorrow so will do some grocery shopping for lean protein & lots of produce!
145.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
