I'm up again today in weight, but after another holiday with champagne and salty food, I don't think it was real weight. For the long term, I'm implementing my resolutions to keep myself on the path I want to take. I will record my food. I will not drink alcohol. I will meditate daily. I will exercise at least 5 days a week, other than my dog walks. I will refrain from playing stupid computer card games that make me ultimately feel like a slug and keep me from doing things that truly make me feel fulfilled.

I feel good that I am significantly lighter than I was a year ago, and have gained significantly more muscle, lost fat. I would like to get down to 120 or 122 lbs, but am pretty happy with 123-125. So close!
