Well I haven't been on here for ages and the diet hasn't been followed but just eating sensibly has seen me lose another lb which considering the Christmas excess is a minor miracle in itself. To say I'm delighted is an understatement. Hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas
261.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
