I'm not happy with my progress so far....although I know that I'm having a health issue at the moment....it is a setback I was hoping to never have to deal with again. I have guilt because I haven't been able to use the elliptical I recently purchased and I'm tired of nerve anti-inflammatory meds!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
