Elliptical Trainer????
What is the best exercise listed to use as my elliptical time? I go at a moderate rate of 14-16 mph (per the machine) depending on what the resistance is set to at that moment...I switch up between the different presets which varies the resistance for me.
I've been marking that time as Exercise Machine (Moderate). Should I be using Bicycling Moderate instead????
