Not the weight I was hoping for. I guess it could of been worse. *note to self try harder!*
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You lost almost two pounds. Take out 4 sticks of butter, that is what two pounds of fat would look like. Picture that amount of fat coming off your body. That is pretty darned good. Keep your weight loss expectations realistic. A pound or two a week is amazing and healthy. Your off to a great start.
