I have had a very difficult time eating lately. Nothing really sounds good other than my junky comfort foods. I am not going to beat myself up over it though. Someone who I greatly respected, one of the people I try to model my life after, died unexpectedly. I will give myself a week to mourn, to eat poorly, and then I will attempt to eat better.
