Yesterday was a lift day. I barely ate "Poorly" at 121% of goal. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3% and is in range for the fifth day in a row...
154.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
