Today I looked back in my "Long Term" file and realised something about my current weight (268lb). I've been stuck here (more or less) for six months or more, but 14 months ago, when I first got down to this weight, I commented that it was the first time since 2012 I'd been that weight! Made me see it's something of a set point. Now I feel quite encouraged! If I can crack this, it will be a real achievement!
I have had grandsons in and out of my house for the last month or two, and it's been wonderful but also has wreaked havoc with my diet. The only thing I've managed to do fairly consistently is skip breakfast, making an IF timing of about 16:8. I was surprised I only gained 2-3 kg. But I've been back on ADF for the last week and the scale is going down, much to my delight. If I keep it up, I might be able to crack this jolly set point and get myself down a decent amount!
