I have truly been watching my diet and exercising more so I am a little discouraged that I haven't lost any weigh:(

But I'm not going to get discouraged. I am going to stick to what I have been doing and my goal for this week is get into the 158 range.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week
