1990 kcal Fat: 76.02g | Prot: 172.53g | Carb: 176.76g.   Breakfast: Builder's Bar - Chocolate Mint, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla. Lunch:  unsweet carob, earth balance, No Flour Protein banana pancake. Dinner: frozen peach, sun dried tomato, cabbage, olive oil, shirataki, shrimp. Snacks/Other: japanese rice cracker, Builder's Bar - Chocolate Mint, Veggie Dogs, semi sweet organic chocolate, walnuts, No flour Oatmeal raisin protein cookie, unsweet carob, Gala Apple (Medium), Miso Soup. more...
