so had a leaving party for my best friend so not much food was consumed but there was plenty of red wine flowing! i drank 2 bottles!! shocking, back on the game tomoz
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
