sorry about all the typos. I did that in the dark without my glasses on so I didn't even see the errors. LOL

Thank you girls for the comments. The muffins turned out awesome. I get 16 to each recipe. They're very filling with all the different seeds and they are very healthy. I have Sesame and Poppy seeds, and Pepitas and Hemp seeds. The base of the muffin is coconut flour and psyllium husk. Very easy to make and very nutritious. It is all held together with 6 egg whites that are beaten stiff.

Ingredients 1 cup coconut flour ¼ cup Psyllium Fiber 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 poppy seeds ½ cup hemp hearts ½ cup pumpkin seeds 6 organic egg whites 1 tsp Celtic sea 1 Tbs Baking Powder (aluminum free) Instructions Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. First combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. In a blender, blend the egg whites until very foamy. Add the foamy egg whites to the dry ingredients and mix well with a spoon, or in a food processor. The dough should still be crumbly. Now add 1 cup of boiling water to the mix and keep stirring until a smoother dough forms. The dough will still be a bit crumbly but will stick together when formed into a ball. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. For bagels, Form the dough into 8 balls Now holding the ball in one hand stick your thumb though it, making a hole, then place the dough on the cookie sheet and form it into a bagel, pressing it together with your fingers. For buns, flatten the dough on a 12 x 12 sheet and cut into 16 squares Sprinkle it with some sesame seeds or poppy seeds so it looks pretty! Not necessary Bake at 350 for about 50-55 minutes. Let cool inside the oven for extra crunchy top. Makes 8 small bagels No

Wisteria, the recipe was very long so I had to post in two separate comments. They put it all together when it reposted it. I had a neatly step-by-step but when I posted it's all together. You can figure that out.

Clairesheart, I did post a picture on the final muffins. You have to tap on my banana to go to my journal entry and you'll see it. It's the first picture. I don't know why it didn't show up here?
