Back on the wagon. I'm finding it do-able so far to eat 1400 calories a day. So that is my daily calorie goal. I'm thinking about increasing to 1600 on weekends if necessary. I don't care how long it takes me; I need to find something that I can do for life.
I haven't been tracking my food on a site like this. I tried that before and found that after a while it just became onerous and I gave up. I have been jotting calories on scrap paper and writing the total in a datebook where I keep track of other things.
I liked the calorie counts on this site compared to others I've tried.
