My already thin man is still shedding weight after chest surgery and I am stacking it on ... not good for either of us.

Today I go genuinely keto and trial for a week, recording everything I eat and drink. I measured, bust, waist and hips as well as weighed myself. The sylph-like creature is in here somewhere.
195.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
